  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • green onions
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • sesame

Cooking:

Cut chicken into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the honey and soy sauce and add the chicken. Mix thoroughly, put in the refrigerator. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Slice and fry the asparagus for 5 minutes. Remove the asparagus from the pan. Pull the chicken out of the marinade, fry in a frying pan for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, green onions and marinade. You will need:

Sweet and Spicy Salmon

You will need:

  • 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar

  • 1 tsp red pepper

  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup rice

Cooking:

  • 700g shrimp
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. l. lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

Cooking:

Pepper jalapeno seeds. Put in a blender. Add garlic and shallots. Grind. Cut the tomato into 4 parts, remove seeds. Cut into small cubes. Add to ground mixture.Peel avocados, cut into cubes. Add to bowl. Season with lime juice, salt and chopped cilantro. Shrimp mixed with salt, ground with red pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and olive oil.   • 50 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • salt
  • greenery

Cooking:

Chop chorizo ​​into small cubes. Grind onions and garlic. Fry chorizo ​​with onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and sugar. Boil down to the desired thickness. Add the beans and sweat for a couple of minutes so that it is slightly soaked. Sprinkle with parmesan and put in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove from the oven and let stand for a while. Sprinkle with greens on top.

Pasta with tomatoes and basil

You will need:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 bow
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • basil bunch
  • bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • a pinch of red pepper
  • 5 glasses of water
  • Parmesan

Cooking:

Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan (after cutting the onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil, parsley) and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After the mixture boils, reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens, and the pasta cooks (about 8 minutes). Sprinkle the prepared dish with grated parmesan.

Quesadilla with mushrooms and cheese

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 300 g chopped champignons
  • 1-2 minced garlic cloves
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 4-8 tortillas cakes
  • 250 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental or cheddar)
  • 4 green onions

Cooking:

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook 3-5 minutes. Add tomatoes, cook another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate, lightly cool.
Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Collect the tortillas: put a portion of the mushroom filling on half of each tortilla, then cheese and sprinkle with green onions. Cover the second half (fold in half).Repeat with the remaining cakes.
Heat the frying pan well, add a small amount of vegetable oil.
Fry the tortillas from two sides (1-2 minutes) until the formation of "tan" and melting cheese. Put the cake on a cutting board and cut into 2 pieces. Repeat with all the cakes.

Grilled Avocado Sandwich with Spinach and Cheese

You will need:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp. l. pesto
  • 2 slices of hard cheese
  • a small handful of spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. l. crumbled feta cheese (or goat, which crumbles)
  • olive oil for frying

Cooking:

Bread smeared with pesto sauce on one side (1 tablespoon per piece). Take a piece, put one slice of hard cheese on top of it, top with a slice of avocado, feta, spinach, a second slice of hard cheese and cover with a second piece of bread. Gently press against each other. Fry the sandwich on olive oil first on one side, then gently turn over, lightly press down and fry on the other side until golden brown.

Pork chop

You will need:

  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 3 tbsp. l. hot sauce
  • 4 pieces of loin about 1.5 cm thick
  • 4 thin slices of mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper

Cooking:

Grate each chop with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, mix. Place chops in the pan and fry for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Pour the remaining sauce, put a slice of cheese on top and put in the oven. Wait until the cheese has melted.

Zucchini Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Sauce
from basil

You will need:

  • 500 g paste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • dried basil
  • ground black pepper
  • parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tbsp. l. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 zucchini

Cooking:

Paste the pasta. Squash cut into large strips, finely chop the garlic. Cherry cut in half. Squash zucchini on medium-high heat in olive oil until soft. Add finely chopped garlic. You can add chili powder on the tip of the knife for spice. Zucchini removed from the pan.

Spinach with chickpeas

You will need:

  • 700 g fresh or frozen spinach
  • 400 g boiled or canned chickpeas
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 ordinary red radishes
  • several cilantro twigs
  • ginger oil
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • salt

Cooking:

Boil the spinach in lightly salted water to make it soft. Ready spinach fold on a sieve to glass all the liquid, put on a dish and pour ginger oil and olive oil.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and “podzolot” garlic, cut into thin circles. When the garlic releases flavor, add chickpeas, sprinkle with paprika and cook for 3-4 minutes. Before you turn off the pan, add to the peas radish, cut into thin circles. Radish should only get a little warm.
Spread the pea mixture on the spinach, sprinkle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro.

Tortellini with Tomatoes and Spinach

You will need:

  • 250 g tortellini with ricotta and spinach
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 grams of chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp. l. grated parmesan cheese

Cooking:

Cook the tortellini in the pan for 2 minutes until cooked.Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the tomatoes until the rind starts to burst. When the tortellini is ready, drain it quickly, saving some water. Put the tomatoes back in the pan on the fire. Add tortellini, parsley, some water from under the tortellini and almost all the Parmesan. Boil everything together, season with black pepper and salt and serve with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Fried tilapia

You will need:

  • fillet of tilapia
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. dried paprika
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Cooking:

Mix all the spices. Grate them fillets. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish on each side for 3 minutes.

Spicy Cauliflower

You will need:

  • 1 pack of cauliflower (500 g)
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 lime
  • chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. l. hot sauce

Cooking:

Heat the pan, add butter, cauliflower and chopped garlic. Fry until golden brown. Fire reduce, add hot sauce, lime juice and most of the onions. Cook for 2 minutes.Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining onions.
