Traditionally, certain types of sauces are selected for a specific recipe, but it is best to focus on your own taste. Turkish Spicy Sauce

Perfectly sets off meat and any chicken dishes. This recipe is simple and very quick.

You will need:

  • Two onions;
  • 1 tomato (you can replace with a tablespoon of natural tomato paste);
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • salt;
  • red and black pepper;
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar;

Finely chop the onions and mushrooms and simmer together under a closed lid. 5 minutes until ready, pour in the sour cream, add salt and pepper. Let the sauce cool slightly and chop in a blender until creamy.

Honey mustard sauce

The sauce can be served to prepared dishes of lean meat or chicken, or used as a marinade.

You will need:

  • 100 grams of mustard;
  • 50 grams of liquid honey;
  • ginger root

Grate ginger or chop in a blender. Mix honey and mustard. Ginger add to taste. The sauce can be slightly salted.

Creamy Cheese Sauce

A great addition to potato dishes, pasta and fresh vegetables.

You will need:

  • 200 grams of cream;
  • 200 grams of melted or cream cheese;
  • 50 grams of cheese, which is dissolved in milk;
  • 10 grams of vegetable oil;
  • black pepper;
  • dried basil

Heat the cream and add cream cheese and little to it. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. Put the saucepan on a slow gas, add the spices and grated hard cheese grated on a fine grater. Please note that only varieties that are dissolved in milk and not coagulated, such as Gouda, will suit you.

Garlic Sause

  • garlic;

  • 5 teaspoons of mustard;
  • juice of lemon or lime;
  • coriander seeds;
  • mustard grains (can be replaced with mustard with grains);

Warm up the cream in the saucepan. If you are using mustard seeds, warm them in a dry frying pan with coriander. Add the mustard and seeds to the cream, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon or lime into a saucepan. When the sauce thickens, put chopped greens in it and salt.

Tartar sauce

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • pickled or pickled cucumber;
  • parsley;
  • garlic clove;
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice;

Finely chop the onion and fry in half the olive oil until golden brown.Make a paste from the second part of the butter and a spoonful of flour and add to the onion. Add wine and water and let the sauce boil. At the end of cooking, add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper. If your wine was dry, the sauce may be a little bit sour. Adjust it with sugar.

Barbecue sauce

Good complement kebab and grilled chicken.

You will need:

  • 200 grams of tomato paste;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey;
  • lemon juice;
  • salt pepper

Instead of tomato paste, you can use tomato sauce or ketchup. Pass the onion in butter (you can replace it with vegetable, but then the sauce will not thicken). Pour ketchup or tomato paste, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with water. Leave the sauce in the fridge to thicken.

Sweet and sour sauce

Suitable for Asian recipes and any meat dishes.

You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a spoonful of tomato paste;
  • spoon of soy sauce;
  • 3 tablespoons of orange juice;
  • a teaspoon of corn flour

Mix sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce and orange juice.Corn flour diluted in water to a state of slurry, and only then add to the rest of the ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil.

Caesar Sauce

The traditional dressing for the famous salad is good in and of itself.

You will need:

  • 150 grams of olive oil;
  • 1 yolk;

  • horseradish root
