Baked bread with garlic- a recipe.
- 1/2 cups butter, softened to room temperature;
- 3 heads of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 400 gr loaf;
- 2 tbsp. l. fresh parsley;
- 1 cup grated cheese;
- 1/8 tsp. salt.
Remove the oil from the refrigerator to soften it.
Preheat oven to 1700C. Cut off the tops of the heads of garlic so that the tip of each clove is visible. We put the heads on a sheet for baking, covered with foil, and sprinkle them with olive oil. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the garlic is soft. When the garlic has cooled, squeeze the garlic cloves out of the skins and chop it coarsely.
Rub the cheese and chop the parsley. Mix butter, garlic, cheese, parsley and salt. &Nbsp;
Cut the bread and lay out the slices on a baking sheet.Preheat oven to 2400C or turn on the grill. Smear garlic oil on bread slices. Bake in the oven or under the grill for 3-4 minutes or until they are roasted.
