Boil the chicken with dill, parsley and carrots, then divide into small pieces and fry slightly. Boil the spinach in salted water. Before serving, place the bird on the spinach, sprinkle with lingonberries and garnish with lime slices. The dish goes well with spicy sauces - for example, homemade yoghurt, greens and garlic sauce.
