One of the most popular and useful things for hand-made production is a container for small things. There are quite a lot of initial materials from which they can be made. And each time jars for storing all sorts of things turn out to be special, unlike others. /491-konteyner-dlya-melochey.jpg "alt =" container for small items "title =" container for small things ">
One of the options is offered to your attention. The container is made of two plastic bottles with a volume of about 2 liters. It takes two identical bottles. In this case, it is important that the bottles are not with parallel walls, then it will be possible to choose the diameter of the cut so that the container can close tightly, i. E. one diameter was slightly larger than the other with the goal to make the container itself from one part, and the cover for it from the other.
We pretend the ratio of the diameters of the cut.The edge of plastic will need to be processed in order to give it a density, so when fitting there should be a gap between the lid and the lower part about half a centimeter.
We heat-cut both sides of the container. To do this, use a frying pan of suitable size with a thin bottom. Heat the pan, turning it upside down, then apply a plastic bottle with a cut to the hot surface and rotate it in a circle without strong pressure. When exposed to heat, plastic begins to curl inward, forming a hard piping that will fix the edge, the capacity will keep its shape.
Now we select the threads to create the outer decorative shell of the container. The strapping must be dense, not transparent, therefore, the yarn must be thick enough. Also, knitting in several threads will do. We choose the main thread of red color, accompanied by a strong synthetic pink thread. We get a rather thick double thread. We also select a hook for tight knitting, in our case N3.5.
We start to knit from the circle of bottom according to the standard scheme. Add loops, try on a plastic base, until its bottom is completely covered with a knitted circle. Then we stop adding loops and raise the knitting to the level of the edge of the plastic form. Similarly, we perform knitting for the second half of the container. When the code is, both halves of the knitted sheath are ready, we stretch them onto plastic forms. To fasten a knitted cover on the plastic form is most convenient with the help of a thermal recording device. To connect put a drop of hot glue on the bottom. Then we put on the knitted part and also glue on the contour of the top. Similarly we fix the knitted cover on the second part of the container. It is important for the bottom of the container to leave a free plastic edge of at least 1 cm so that you can close the lid.
For decoration, we use fragments of lace ribbon, glitter, flower from yarn .A flower can be knitted or made on a machine to create flowers from threads, as in our case.
Cut out the elements from the lace ribbon along the dense contour of the embroidery and combine the butterfly application from them. The application can be sewn with small inconspicuous stitches, or glued with a hot glue. We decorate the joints with shiny hearts.
If both parts of the container are chosen correctly, as in terms of diameters, so on the design, we get a very nice tight-fitting jar, suitable for safe storage of various small things from the office to the buttons, from b jewelry to the coins.
