We are sure that each housewife has her own signature recipe for pickling cucumbers. We share another simple, but delicious recipe, thanks to which in the winter it will be possible to savor salted cucumbers with pleasure.

Cooking method:

Medium-sized cucumbers, rinse well, put in a deep bowl, pour cold water and leave it for 7 hours.

Prepare a jar. Then drain and rinse cucumbers.

Put spices on the bottom of the jar, then cucumbers, spices again and cucumbers again. Top add dill and bay leaf.

Next, you need to prepare the brine. To do this, take the salt and dilute it in cold water. Ready pickle pour cucumbers.

Cover the jar with gauze and leave in this form for 3 days (without putting it in the fridge).

Then the brine is poured into the pan, boil and refill the cucumbers.After that, immediately roll up the jar, turn it upside down, cover it with something warm and leave it in this form until it cools.
