Hazelnut waffle candyis a homemade candy recipe.
- milk chocolate 150g;
- dark chocolate 150g;
- cream 50 ml 33%;
- butter 30 g;
- hazelnut 100 gr;
- dry wafers without filling 50 gr;
- dark chocolate for glazing 150 g.
Take the waffles and cut them into pieces. Then grind hazelnuts. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave or on the steam bath. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
We put the mixture (Step 1) on the parchment in the box with the sides and put it in the fridge for an hour or two.
We accept ganache. Warm the cream in the microwave, add the dark chocolate and butter. All this is thoroughly mixed. Fill pre-cooked hazelnut waffle base. Again put in the fridge to freeze for 2 hours. We take out from the refrigerator and cut with a knife into pieces.
Finally, melt the dark chocolate and glaze the pieces. Put in the fridge. After solidification, homemade chocolates are ready.
