How to bake a delicious honey cake

You will need
  • - Honey 90 g;
  • - sugar 160 g;
  • - butter 120 g;
  • - soda 6 g;
  • - flour 300 g;
  • - lemon juice 1.5 tbsp .;

  • - ginger 1 tsp;
  • - walnuts 150 g.
  • For cream:
  • - gelatin 5 g;
  • - nuts 170 g;
  • - sour cream 600 g;
  • - icing sugar 170 g
Add the following ingredients to the pan: sugar, butter and salt. Put on the fire and bring to a full boil. Allow the mixture to cool. Next, gently whisk the egg, chop the nuts.
