Remove the motor protection, if you have it installed. To do this, on the left and right side of the engine protection, unscrew two self-tapping screws of the protection fasteners to the mudguards of the engine compartment. Then, with the head on “10”, loosen the two bolts of the rear mounting of the motor protection. Now, while holding the protection, with the head on “10” unscrew the five nuts of the front engine protection mount and remove it.
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
Unscrew the expansion tank cap and substitute a container with a capacity of at least 6 liters under the drain hole made in the bottom of the right radiator tank. Unscrew the radiator drain plug by hand and drain the coolant into the container.
Proceed to removing the air filter. Disconnect the engine control wires from the mass air flow sensor.
After loosening the fastening clamp, remove the air supply hose to the throttle assembly from the nozzle of the mass air flow sensor. Remove the air intake hose from the nipple at the bottom of the air filter housing. Alternately hooking the slotted head screwdriver of the filter housing supports, pull them out of the mounting holes. Remove the air filter.
Unfasten or cut the clamp, tightening the wires of the engine management system with the wires of the fan motor and disconnect the connector of the wires of the engine management system from the wires of the fan motor.
With the head on “10” unscrew the nut of the upper fastening of the fan casing to the radiator and two bolts of the side fastening.
Using a cap wrench on “10” unscrew the nut of the lower fastening of the fan casing to the radiator. Remove the fan cover with the impeller from the radiator studs, turning the cover so that the tides of its side mounting are on top.
With the head on “8”, loosen the clamp of the radiator supply hose and remove the supply hose from the radiator pipe.
With the head on the “8” with the extension cable, loosen the clamp for fastening the radiator outlet hose and remove the outlet hose from the radiator pipe.
Then, using the head on the "10" unscrew the two nuts securing the radiator to the upper cross member of the radiator frame. Having inclined a radiator to the engine, using a slotted screwdriver, loosen the strap clamp of the steam exhaust hose and remove it from the radiator nozzle.
Remove the radiator, removing the bottom pins from the rubber pads. Install the new radiator in reverse order.
