This luscious fruit-and-cream dessert owes its quick prep time to ready-made biscuit dough.

tube of biscuits
2 tbsp. sugar
chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
- Place biscuits on cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook pineapple and 1/4 cup sugar on medium-high 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Divide pineapple and cream among split biscuits.
