Pizza with grilled vegetables

You will need
  • For the test:
  • - 500 g of flour;
  • - 1 tsp. yeast;
  • - 1 cup of boiled warm water;
  • - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
  • - salt to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - 1 pack of mozzarella;
  • - 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • - 1 zucchini;
  • - 1 sweet pepper;
  • - 1 onion head;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 head of garlic;
  • - seasonings;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 1 tbsp. olive oil.
First, mix the yeast, flour and salt. In a separate bowl, mix water and oil. Combine the liquid with the flour mixture and knead the dough. Put it on the table and mix for 3-5 minutes.
We shift the dough in a bowl and pour it with olive oil. Cover the bowl with a film and let it brew for half an hour until the dough rises.
After the dough has risen, knead it again for 5-10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thin circle, put it on a baking sheet. Fill the filling.
To make the filling, cut the peppers, tomatoes, and mozzarella into small pieces. Fold them in the form, add olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
