Sift flour into a wide bowl, add yeast. Then pour in water and knead a little sticky dough. Cover with a towel and leave for half an hour. After the time has passed, add oil to the test and add salt, start to mix, even though the dough will be bold. After minutes 2 add another 1-2 tablespoons. flour and, having dusted the dough, put it in a warm place, covered with a towel, for an hour.
Everything is very simple for the filling: cut the sausage with thin mugs, the tomato is a little thicker. Onion cut into rings, grind green, grate cheese on a fine grater.
After an hour, the dough is crushed again, adding flour if necessary.Transfer the cake to the parchment, cut to the size of the pan. Using a rolling pin, roll the cake into a circle, about 4 mm thick (the pizza is quite small, about 20-22 cm in diameter). Lubricate the layer with ketchup or sauce, spread out the filling, leaving the edges-sides: sausage and tomato, on top of the onion ring and sprinkle with greens. Top all tuck cheese.
Bake at a temperature of 180-2000C for about 25 minutes. The finished pizza will turn red, the cheese will turn golden.
