Potato Cake

Potato Cakeis a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Jubilee cookie —500g;
  2. condensed milk 250 gr;
  3. butter (softened) 100 gr;
  4. whiskey (brandy or the like) 1 tbsp. l.;
  5. cocoa 1 tbsp. l.;
  6. icing sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Grind cookies into small chips. Add butter, condensed milk and whiskey, mix well. You should get a mass similar to soft clay. We make cakes.

Cocoa mix with powdered sugar. Twice roll cakes in this mixture. Mix well butter, condensed milk and powdered sugar until creamy condition. In each cake we make two indentations, in which we squeeze the cream out of the cornet.
