Potato pizza with minced meat and pepper

You will need
  • - 250 g potatoes for mashed potatoes,
  • - 150 grams of wheat flour,
  • - 1 yellow pepper,

  • - 1 green bell pepper,
  • - 200 g cream cheese,
  • - salt to taste
  • - 4 tablespoons ajvar,
  • - 200 g ground beef,
  • - 20g yeast,
  • - pepper to taste,
  • - paprika,
  • - dried oregano.
We wash the potatoes and boil them in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Salt the water and set aside under cold running water. Peel the potatoes, crush them with mashed potatoes. Let the potatoes cool in a large bowl.
Next, add flour, half a teaspoon of salt and make a groove in the middle. Crumble yeast in the middle.
Pour 150 ml of warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it stand for 30 minutes in a warm place.
While the dough rises, we cut the pepper, remove the seeds, wash it and cut into narrow strips. In a small plate mix cream cheese and ayvar.
A piece of parchment paper, the size of a baking sheet, put on the table, sprinkled with flour. Roll out the pizza dough on it and drag it along with the paper on the baking sheet.
Smear the dough with a mixture of cream cheese with ayvar. Spread the peppers evenly. Mince divided into small pieces and put on a pizza, season with spices.
Pizza is sent to a preheated oven at 200 ° C. We bake for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the finished pizza from the oven, remove from the baking paper and place on a large round plate. Cut into 8 pieces and serve to the table.
