  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 400 grams of tomato;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

From such quantity of ingredients 4 portions will turn out. For pasta is best to take Adygei cheese. If you could not find it, mozzarella or lightly salted brynza will do.   8. Boil the pasta and pour them into a skillet with a thick bottom. Add the prepared sauce and stew for 5 minutes to soak the dish.

Decorate the dish with grated cheese or herbs.
