Shrimp salad with mint dressingis a recipe.
- large shrimp 10 pieces;
- a bunch of favorite salad;
- Dorblu 60g;
- grapefruit - 1 pc .;
- a small piece of ginger root;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- mint leaves;
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.;
Prepare the shrimp: boil them and clean them.
Finely chop the ginger, fry it with the shrimps in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown. Leave to cool.
For filling, whip in a blender leaves of a small bundle of mint, 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and salt. The leaves should be very shredded.
Rinse and dry the salad, lay it on a plate. Pour half a dressing. Then put the cooled shrimp, peeled grapefruit slices and diced cheese. Pour the remaining dressing.
