The Chinese method of planting potatoes provides incredible yields

The only thing that can not be neglected

In the rainy summer, and on clay, the Chinese pits will flood, the seeds will suffocate.

It's all good: when the dry area. And when like me - the groundwater level is just above the surface, you have to do the opposite, to make high beds.

First, at the very first OUR rain, all the potatoes will drown and will rot right at the root. Secondly, it is so good to run and pour on a small plot, a couple of bushes, but not 2000 bushes. Lands and mixtures for dosypku as needed? And thirdly, phytophthora to help you - this rubbish is literally everywhere, the climate helps it develop actively. Without CHEMISTRY, it is impossible to cope, which, in fact, proves the taste of Chinese potatoes - rubbish from rubbish! So the author - GIANT minus for nonsense.

Here they say "Chinese beds"“The Chinese way”, and not a fig like this, in Russia, at least in the Far East, they only sow potatoes in the village, so let them not say that this is their way.

I read about this method in arguments about 25 years ago, although it’s not a gardener himself, but I was amazed that 2-3 buckets can be removed from the bush !!! The method is somewhat different, but very similar.

You can also try. And also, if you want to quickly get the potatoes, you can plant the chopped tubers with cleaning. Growing fast.

In the greenhouse she grew potato seedlings, in milk bags. Planted in mid-May, in late June, they ate their own potatoes. My daughter counted how many potatoes there were on the bush: there were less than 29. By weight I do not know, they ate it gradually.

    Why: the first .......... ???

What is interesting - is written. that the Chinese use only natural fertilizers for growing potatoes (FOR YOURSELF). But why do we bring wild amounts of chemical fertilizers when growing vegetables in Russia ?!

what I saw is not a crop, I have an easy way and a trough is 2-3 times larger

Earth is colder at depthpoking the seeds in a cold hole, waiting for them to warm up, and then it will rain, rot ... Familiar as if planted deeply, and we, as usual, after 2 weeks, so ours has risen, but they have nothing, we had to dig up and dig up each hole May temperature does not fit, if only late to plant.

But I don’t do anything about it, I don’t even dig, fertilize, field or water for 15 years. Well, of course soot and clean. True, I mow all the permanent paths and lawns with a lawnmower with a grass collector and mulch the constant beds. Yes, I also prepare a herbal infusion in a barrel, diluting 1:10 and moisturizing organic matter and making a huge variety of microorganisms. By the way, they are the real secret of nature itself - hydrocarbon nutrition due to which the plant lives normally, accumulates glucose and gluconates and a minimum of nitrates - this is a healthy meal! Without microorganisms, fungi, algae, insects and worms on bare soils without organics, no biological products will help, and on chemistry (hydroponics, including the above recommendations, except for yeast) - mineral nutrition - of course everything is rushing and surviving due to accumulation nitrates - with a minimum amount of glucose - this is an unhealthy crop, which gardeners are proud of, organizing exhibitions !. This is an illusion.Soil fertility is determined by the activity of living biota inhabiting it and is the main means of production on earth. ... And in the fall I harbor all the thicker beds with any organic matter: tops, grass, leaves. Soot potatoes with eyes, and digging at all with your hands ... That's the whole secret. Everything grows, blooms and smells like yeast!
The potato taught me to plant a biology teacher back in 1970 at school. She just told in class what a potato tuber sprout is. It was then that I realized that each sprout is a separate plant. Truly in nature, varieties are preserved from degeneration due to seed propagation. And we are simply obliged to collect the seeds from the best bushes of the best specimens for seeds. The healthier the parent, the more opportunities for descendants to be healthy too. By planting one rooted sprout or one sprout with a part of a tubular tuber, we do not create any competition with another separately planted sprouts. Grade immunity strengthens every year. Potato bush does not give a decline in yield, little things, less affected by disease and is not subject to degeneration.
After the 90s, I worked for a long time in potato potato testing - more than 50 varieties were tested - where, after one, the methods of planting were tested with seeds, eyes, sprouts, mini tubers (5-year cycle of virus-free tubers through seeds - only in the 5th year a reproduction is obtained for planting on food) and tubers. Definitely convinced that updating with mini-tubers is troublesome and hopeless, and planting tubers weakens the variety, leads to crop loss and degeneration. This showed a long and careful monitoring of the results of gardeners and agro-industrial complexes.
Only planting does not even sprouts, and eyes simplifies, strengthens and gives healthy and reliable results without spending much time and money, not even observing crop rotation, if only the site had more diversity (combined plantings) and less monoculture. A prerequisite is natural farming [without digging, without total weeding (this is reproduction of weeds), almost without irrigation (especially with warm water - melted snow, fog, dew, rain, stream, moisture supplied by the capillary system of the soil is all cool water), without chemical fertilizers (the only fertilizer of plants is what constitutes the plant itself), without poisons]. Tubers enough to put on the vernalization in autumn, and in the spring, immediately before planting, cut at eyes with a uterine body of at least 1 cu. cm (although the war was planted just peel with eyes after cleaning the tubers and everything grew). In conditions of overheating mulch, almost all eyes wake up, unlike sprouting sprouts in the light or in the dark, where less than half wake up.
On a constant bed of 90 cm, I plant in three rows under the mulch, adding it from the lawn mower collection box, with which I regularly mow permanently tinned tracks - these are organic batteries and soft carpet tracks for walking on them in any weather. The only problem of growing on nature-growing agriculture in small plots is the lack of mulch, which can be partially reproduced by planting siderats.
The Internet is full of tips on growing potatoes and other crops. Unfortunately, everyone tries to teach something without delving into the deep natural processes, sometimes simply copying someone else's dubious unstable and even vicious experience. You need a healthy meal or a nitrate harvest. When will understanding come to people?

Sergei ! Explained everything is popular, but there are still a few questions. What is the distance between rows and between bushes? At what depth should we plant eyes? How much to pour on the mulch? Can I dig up beds with hoe Fokin? Thank you in advance.

In the dashing 90s, we had to start gardening in order not to die of hunger. Ogorodniki from the new-born villagers are still those, and the potatoes were born according to the principle: how much they put in, how many they took out. They rowed, dug the beds, the neighbors ugraded from our harvests. At some point, they spat, threw them on the ground without beds, sprinkled them with mulch, humus, scrubbed needles, and that was all. Dad said, he wants to grow up, he doesn't want to - figs with him. Our potatoes have risen before the neighbor. During the season, we just spiked on top of the ground, grass (hay), etc. It was the first time when we had a harvest and was better than a neighbor (the summer was cold and wet). From the fertilizers only ash was added. Of course, there was no super harvest, but the beds were lazy, the potatoes turned out to be healthy and large. I think due to the fact that they did not mix the layer rich in the right bacteria, digging up the earth. Harvesting was also easy, but the tops were few and she was not very bushy, everything went down to the roots.

when I studied in agricultural academy I tried different ways of planting potatoes. one - sprouted potatoes in the basin in the kitchen. planted as usual the distance between the tubers 20-25 cm, the depth of the floor of the spade bayonet, deeper - germinates for a long time - it loses power. sprouts 10-15 cm (only when the frost will pass) cover non-woven material. After frost, remove the fabric. in mid-July - the first potato. and with my eyes, I also tried ashes under each peephole so as not to rot. I am hoeing with a shovel, it's easier and faster. and the seeds are really better to choose immediately from the bush, the size of a chicken egg. and if from the harvested crop - it is possible not to guess from which bush what potatoes, even if the size of the egg. if potatoes are planted for themselves - it is possible to insert hollow tubes into the ridges to access air to the potatoes. by the way the tubes are good for tomatoes, peppers and other crops

I bought beautiful tasty potatoes in the market. They ate, and only then I realized that I did not leave for seed. I took it out of the cleaning bucket (from the last tubers) and, cutting out my eyes, put it in a cardboard box. Yes foolishly took a deep drawer. So my upstart potatoes stretched out. Then I cut off the tops, put it in water with a humate. While the tops were rooting, the trimmed bushes gave side shoots, I also cut them off. By the time I landed, I had a whole bunch of balkards made of potato seedlings. In each bush there was one very large potato and many months = lki,. Just a bucket and a half. She left everything for a pod, cut the large tubers into their eyes, planted about a hundred. The variety turned out to be Adretta. Since then, I constantly plant this variety, although a little, it degenerates very quickly.

  • the potato in May sets and is slightly covered with earth closer to the sun to heat, and in the depths the ice has not risen yet will never rot in the bud

I am from Primorye. The Chinese are near. We are engaged in the cultivation of vegetables, using an unmeasured number of pure poisons, such that our laboratories cannot recognize them. The following year, on the lands of used Chinese, even the weeds do not grow. Therefore, they each year occupy new areas for their landings.Potatoes are not grown in our country, but since March, not only last year’s potatoes have been offered at the base in Ussuriysk, but also young this year. But, I did not see anyone who wanted to buy. I have not tried it myself, but people say that but really “rubbish” is not tasty, it stinks, and what is impossible to understand. According to the Chinese method I tried to grow up, some disappointments. Alternative bushes (everything is so, just did not let the stalk open, but sprinkled it. I did, as it were, forcing the leaded stalk to the level of the ridge surface) received a maximum of half a bucket. But pometodu, like Sergei, the result is excellent. He laid them in small pits on virgin soil, poured 0.5 liters of compost on each tuber and laid them with any organic material, and how the green went, regularly covered it all summer. Once every 2 weeks he did foliar dressing with humates.
