Thin Italian Pizza

Thin Italian Pizzais a recipe.


for thin test:

  1. 100 gr of warm water;
  2. 0.5 tsp. dry yeast;
  3. 1 teaspoonful of sugar and salt;
  4. 2 cups sifted flour;
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.

for the filling:

  1. tomato sauce (100 grams of tomatoes, olive oil, dry basil, oregano, salt, sugar);
  2. 100 grams of tomatoes;
  3. 100 gr of ham
  4. 120 gr of cheese
  5. 50 grams of bell pepper;
  6. 100 grams of fresh champignons.


Cooking dough

We dissolve sugar, dry yeast and salt in warm water. Pour half the flour, stir and add the egg, stir the mass well again. Add the rest of the flour, olive oil and knead the dough.

Divide the dough in half (from each half you can make a pizza with a diameter of 35-40 cm).

Roll out the dough in the form of a round thin pancake, adding flour as necessary.

Cooking Tomato Sauce

2-3 medium tomatoes scalded with boiling water and remove the skin, grind them in a blender, add a pinch of dry basil and oregano, olive oil, sugar, salt. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes and let cool for a while.

We cover the whole area of ​​dough with tomato sauce.

We lay out sliced ​​mushrooms, ham, sweet peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.

We put the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven to 2200C oven. Important: do not overdo it in the oven, otherwise the dough will not turn out to be soft.
