"Royal Salad"

Cooking:

3. Mix the ingredients and add crushed garlic and corn.

4. Add 3 spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise and mix. If desired, the salad can be decorated with orange peel.

Duck in orange sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 duck
  • 4 oranges
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of wine vinegar
  • 50 grams of butter

Cooking:

1. Rub the duck with salt and pepper.If you want the meat to be more tender, sew the duck's belly and tie the wings and legs to the carcase with threads.

2. Bake the duck in the oven for an hour on the belly and hour on the back at a temperature of 200 degrees, periodically pouring your own fat.

3. Heat the sugar until caramelization.

4. Make a mixture of orange juice, sugar and vinegar and send to the fire. When the mixture thickens, add duck fat, butter and orange pulp.

Calf tongue

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of tongue
  • 1 carrot
  • green onions
  • 2 onions
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and spices

Cooking:

3. Soak mushrooms for an hour and boil.

4. Boil the carp fillet in the broth, cut into pieces and spread on the form. Add mushrooms and chopped vegetables.

5. Dilute gelatin with water and fill with gelatin fish.

Snack "New Year's Wreath"

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cod liver
  • 3 eggs
  • half a cup of rice
  • half a jar of green peas
  • half onion
  • pomegranate seeds
  • mayonnaise
  • greenery

Cooking:

1. Cook the rice and cut the onions. Stir the ingredients.

2Add green peas, finely chopped boiled eggs, liver, mayonnaise and gently mix.

3. Form a wreath from the salad and decorate with greens and pomegranate.
