Williams-Sonoma Is Hiring 3,500 Work-From-Home Positions
Calling all home decor fiends and kitchen aficionados. Williams-Sonoma just announced it's hiring for over 3,500 remote customer service positions.
"With the volume of growth we are experiencing, the opportunities are endless!" Josh Layton, Williams-Sonoma recruiting manager, told FlexJobs. "There has never been a more exciting time to work for Williams-Sonoma, Inc."
Hiring began earlier this summer and will continue from early to mid-October into mid-November. Overall the company hopes to hire about 3,500 seasonal customer service associates heading into the holidays to handle tasks such as placing orders, managing returns, and speaking with retail customers.
Working as a remote associate pays an hour and most full-time associates work between 30 and 50 hours over the course of five days, which typically includes at least one weekend day. The job begins with three weeks of paid training from home and access to the employee recognition programs, contests, and events. Oh, and did we mention there's a 40% merchandise discount?
